Hopefully, only one. Go buy a roller cover with a thicker nap, and don't push down so hard when you are applying the paint. Work in 3'x3' sections and reload the roller often. You should only be applying light pressure on the roller as you work. When you start a new section apply the the first roller full of paint in a ';W'; shape, and then go over it to spread the paint around evenly. Try to roll from the new section into the already painted section when you overlap and lift the roller up and off the wall as you roll out the final stroke on each section.Good Luck.Used tinted primer and did two coats of deep red and still can see paint roller lines. how many coats to fix?
Red paint is the hardest color to apply. I have the feeling you're rolling just straight up and down. If you do it in an ';N'; way (one line up, one diagonally down and the third up like the letter N) you'll find the lines disappear. Use your paint a bit thicker.

Do the first N. Fill in the middle between the two straight up and down lines of the N. Then go on to the next. Do it this way to get rid of the lines. One more coat applied like this will make it right.

Enjoy your new space!
I painted my bedroom with a dark green and it took a tinted primer and about three coats of the dark green paint to get it right. We had to paint very slowly in long lines to get the roller lines to not show up as much. The darker the color the harder to paint.
using a drier roller will prevent this from happening people tend to saturate the roller with paint causing this problem go lighter with your final coats and roll in different direction
