My paint,on my computer has messed up how to fix?

i need it for facebook.also it says there is not enough memory or resources to complete operation. My paint,on my computer has messed up how to fix?
A link and some suggestions for a better working computer:

A) Check here for a possible solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/129545

B) Sometimes the computer just needs a bit of internal cleaning, check these 3 suggestions that should get you a faster system (repeat every two month or so).

1) As you browse the web, browsers stores information about the websites you visit and more. Usually, it's helpful to have this information stored on your computer because it can improve web browsing speed. You have to delete that information once in a while as your cache fills up.

In the following paragraphs, I'll tell you about two methods for two of the most in use browsers (IE7 and Firefox 3):

Method One (now):

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and then choose click Delete Browsing History from the list.

In the box that opens, click the Delete all button (bottom left) and then click Yes.

In Firefox, go to tools, clear private data, make sure all boxes are checked and then click on the clear private data now button.

Method Two (in the future):

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and then choose click Delete Browsing History from the list.

In the box that opens, do the following steps (in order)

1) click the button near Temporary Internet Files, click Yes and wait for the box that opens to close.

2) click the button near History, click Yes and wait for the box that opens to close.

Finally, click the close button (bottom right) to finish.

In Firefox, Go to tools, clear private data and uncheck all except Browsing History, Cache and Authenticated Sessions boxes and then click on the clear private data now button.

For older versions of both or other browsers (Opera, Netscape, Chrome, ETC), check their respective help files for the equivalent.

Notes: You should close your browser ( This is good for Internet Explorer and Firefox ) when you're done to clear cookies that are still in memory from your current browsing session.

And don't worry, deleting all browsing history does not delete your list of favorites, subscribed feeds or documents that you saved on your computer. It only deletes temporary files, browsing history, cookies, saved form information, and saved passwords inside the browser.

2) A good cleanup of the hard disk is never done in vain. Use this freeware program to do a complete job of it:

http://www.glaryutilities.com/gu.html

Description: Glary Utilities is a collection of system tools and utilities to allow you to clean system junk files, invalid registry entries and Internet traces. You can also manage and delete browser add-ons, analyze disk space usage and find duplicate files.

3) The Java Runtime Environment can cause slowdowns if you made updates, you should use a free program I use myself called JavaRa to get the latest version of the JRE and remove the older versions. Find more information here: http://raproducts.org/javara.html and the download link on this page: http://raproducts.org/

( A word of caution, with programs this powerful, be sure to read all help files and instructions twice so that you can fix it once ! )

Hope this helps

P.S.: It is a good practice, after you have done the above, to do a FULL scan with antivirus and antispyware.
