Personally, I'd simply spray paint it, as long as you don't want anything fancy. Grab some primer and a color of your choice, remove ALL the bike's parts such as the wheels, crankshaft, brake parts and related items and go to town. Be sure to apply the primer first as this is the base that the colored paint sticks too. For a pro to give it a nice paint job, with clear-coat and all..it'll be expensive. My guess is easily over 100 bucks for a good, long lasting paint job.
