Define ';graphics';... I understand a graphic to be any sort of image. So technically as soon as you save your MS Paint drawing, it becomes a graphics.
MS Paint is not good for web designing. Get yourself a REAL graphics design program like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, paint.NET, or GIMP.I got MS Paint on Computer, How you use it to make graphics?
