Is there a program, online or download, that i can pick a vehicle, and paint it, to see how it will look?

i recently bought a 85 s-10. and i am going to paint it myself, i have several ideas, and i cant decide which i would like more. It would need to be capable of letting me upload graphics or draw in it myself, as most of them involve flames and/or random graphics on the hood or down the side.Is there a program, online or download, that i can pick a vehicle, and paint it, to see how it will look?
