How to remove excessive touch up paint on a car's clearcoat finish?

i real fine sand paper....wet sand it.meaning wet surface and lighty sand it, then apply clear again after u clean surfaceHow to remove excessive touch up paint on a car's clearcoat finish?

the wet sand paper and use a sanding block(rubber or wood block) to have an even sanding ,not groves in the paint.
